Chase has donated about $5 million dollars to Feeding America, one of the largest hunger-relief organizations. The money will be used to purchase trucks to deliver products to communities hit hard by the recession. The trucks will make it possible to distribute meals and will go to food banks in some 19 cities and communities nationwide. It is estimated that millions of Americans do not always know where they will get their next meal and the new trucks will allow food banks to secure and distribute food to people in many communities around the nation. Over the past years, Chase has given millions to help food banks and hunger related programs. With the high unemployment rate, there has been a 30% to 50% increase in the need for food assistance from a year earlier in food banks.

Bad Credit Personal Loan Applications Gain Approval - Unsecured cash loans are expected to increase in popularity as a result of new credit card regulations which deny credit approval to bad credit applicants.

Not only is it harder now to get bad credit card approval, but many issuers have also terminated high risk credit card accounts because the new rules pose a significant threat to profit loss. This means that people who once used credit cards to span gaps between paychecks or to cover other cash shortages, must now look for other funding avenues such as short term personal loans which have no credit check requirements. Unfortunately, high risk personal loans appear to be next on the government chopping block.
